Seamlessly integrated with UKG through a robust library of webhooks and APIs, ShiftMatch is already live with several mutual customers, with further rollouts underway throughout 2025 and scheduled for 2026. The result is a live data exchange that eliminates double handling and keeps staffing records accurate and up to date.

UKG delivers powerful scheduling capabilities—capturing staffing needs by location, role, and urgency—while ShiftMatch intelligently matches each shift to the most suitable worker using configurable ‘Segment Tags’. Together, UKG and ShiftMatch reveal real-time shift resource costs, enabling organisations to make fast, cost-effective staffing decisions with full visibility into workforce spend.

In line with this year’s UKG Live theme, “Power Your People,” ShiftMatch supports fair and equitable distribution of shifts across internal and agency staff.
